Passed away at Calvary Hospital on Wednesday, 1st January 2025. Dearly loved husband of Ena (dec’d) and Patty “Trish”. Cherished and loved father and father-in-law of Sharon and Terry, Diny and Klanga, Chick, Lou and Rick. Fond stepdad of Wayne and Rebekah, Janene, and Vicki. Adored Pa and Poppy of Erica and Adam, Dean and Kayleigh, Teagan and Hayden, Ben, Jayden, Matty, Diaz, Ky, Jayde and Josh, Jordan and Rhiannon. Great grandfather of Ellie. Fond poppy to Layla and Leo. Brother of Brian (dec’d), Margie and Bob. Special uncle of John (dec’d) and all his nieces and nephews. Son of Jack and Elsie (both dec’d).
A Service Celebrating Ian’s Life will be held on Monday, 13th January 2025, at St Pauls Lutheran Church, Henty, commencing at 10am. Following the service, the cortege will leave for a private burial. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend to celebrate Ian’s life. In lieu of flowers and cards, donations will be kindly accepted at the church on behalf of the McGrath Foundation.
All sporting groups are invited to form a guard of honour.
